Commitment to Satisfaction:

At Ella Harper, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Should an item not meet your expectations, please follow the return instructions:

  • Eligibility for Return: We gladly accept returns of unworn items in their original condition, including tags and clear packaging with the SKU label. Please note that exchanges are not available at this time.
  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return, and 7 additional days from return initiation to deliver the item for a full refund.
  • Multiple Packages: If your order arrives in more than one package, the 7-day return window commences from the final package's delivery date.
  • Potential Fees: Returns not in compliance with our criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee. Please be aware that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless there was an error on our part.
  • Processing Time: Allow us up to 7 business days to process your return. A confirmation email will be sent once completed.
